Leakage between the handle and a portion of the base (the part that holds the sand). but only if it is executed. the first time in the winter.

Its been a while since I include a pool, but if I remember correctly, the handle is screwed to the top of the assembly. It can be as simple as severity. I do not know whether he had a meeting there or not, but that's another thing is, you can check.
